Entering a well-designed light steel villa
Light steel structures have a light weight and require less soil for foundation construction, resulting in minimal damage to land resources. Generally, reinforced concrete strip foundations are used for the foundation. Due to the weight of steel structure residential buildings being only 1/4-1/6 of that of reinforced concrete structure residential buildings, the foundation treatment is relatively simple. The connection between the steel structure and the concrete foundation is achieved by pre embedding anchor bolts with a spacing of generally 1.2-1.5 meters along the load-bearing wall. Considering the seismic and wind resistance requirements of buildings, galvanized flat iron should also be embedded at the corners of the building to connect with the steel structure.
